Buckeye Tavern is proud to support Lehigh Valley communities. Each year, we help local schools, churches and non-profit organizations through our unique FUNdraising program.
How Buckeye Tavern's FUNdraisers Work
Each organization reserves a Tuesday at the Buckeye Tavern to receive 10% of the food sales generated by their supporters.
All FUNdraisers will be scheduled based on availability at the selected location. Buckeye Tavern is not available on most holidays.
The organization is emailed a flyer (PDF format, 2 per page on 8 ½ by 11 sheet) three weeks before the event. It is the responsibility of the organization to email and/or print the flyers to distribute to their supporters. For a successful FUNdraiser, at least 500 flyers are recommended.
All flyers will have detachable tickets which must be turned in to servers at the restaurant on the reserved day for lunch, dinner, or carryout. Tickets cannot be used for purchasing gift cards. Servers will attach the flyer tickets to the guest checks. The organization will receive a donation equal to 10% of all food sales from guest checks on the reserved day that have attached tickets.
We will not provide fundraiser donations to the following:
Individuals seeking aid
Conferences or seminars
Research projects
Travel for inviduals or groups
Political organizations
